Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

  • Refunds and exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Certain goods cannot be returned: perishable items, intimate/sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases.

  • Non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software, and some health/personal care products.

Important Qualifiers

  • Partner purchases: Refunds must be handled directly through the partner.

  • International purchases: Orders placed outside the USA are not eligible for refunds.

  • Lost returns: We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within a set number of days.

Partial Refunds May Apply

  • Books with obvious signs of use.

  • Opened media (CD, DVD, VHS, software, vinyl, etc.).

  • Damaged or incomplete items not due to our error.

  • Returns received more than 30 days after delivery.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are refundable.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if defective or damaged.

  • For exchanges, email returns@rosalescomics.com for the return mailing address.

    Gifts

    • If marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit equal to the return value once received.

    • If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

    Shipping Returns

    • To return a product, request the mailing address at returns@rosalescomics.com

      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

      • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      • For higher-value items, consider trackable shipping or insurance — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
