Refunds and exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Certain goods cannot be returned: perishable items, intimate/sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases.
Non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software, and some health/personal care products.
Partner purchases: Refunds must be handled directly through the partner.
International purchases: Orders placed outside the USA are not eligible for refunds.
Lost returns: We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within a set number of days.
Books with obvious signs of use.
Opened media (CD, DVD, VHS, software, vinyl, etc.).
Damaged or incomplete items not due to our error.
Returns received more than 30 days after delivery.
Only regular-priced items are refundable.
Sale items are non-refundable.
We replace items only if defective or damaged.

If marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit equal to the return value once received.
If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
